Jingdun® alumina fiber veneer module is made of alumina fiber, processed by dry or wet technology into a refractory insulation products applied to high temperature kilns with temperature of 1250°C-1450°C. Typical applications are cold rolled stainless steel (silicon steel) continuous retreat line, ring heating furnace, crucible furnace and reheating furnace. Product Description:

CRYSTAL SHIELD® alumina fiber lining modules are high-temperature refractory insulation products for industrial furnaces operating between 1250°C-1450°C, manufactured using dry or wet processing techniques with alumina fiber as the raw material. Typical applications include continuous annealing lines for cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel (grain-oriented steel), walking beam furnaces, rotary hearth furnaces, high-temperature ceramic kilns, pit furnaces, bottom-fired furnaces, and reheating furnaces.
