Wildon® Ceramic Fiber Monolithic Modules
Weidun® ceramic fiber monolithic module (Weidun® 1260 ceramic fiber monolithic module, Weidun® 1400 ceramic fiber monolithic module) is a new type of refractory insulation material provided by the company to its customers. It is a kind of uncompressed, blocky, cross-section cut ceramic fiber monolithic module, and it is a unique and innovative product in the application technology of ceramic fiber furnace lining. The product is processed in a fully automated continuous production line. A special lubricant is used to improve the fiber formation rate. Compared to conventional modules, the fiber structure is intact, allowing for the formation of a strong fiber monolithic module after calcination, with improved surface abrasion resistance for use in higher velocity airflow environments. Easy on-site processing, easy to cut and modify. It can be compressed in multiple directions during installation, and has durability and hardness under long time use. Widely used in lining of waste heat boilers, homogenizing furnaces, reforming furnaces, ethylene cracking furnaces and many other industrial furnaces.
