petrochemical industry

The petroleum and chemical industries have always had the harshest operating environment in the world.

For over 30 years, we have provided a complete set of safe and reasonable refractory linings for ethylene cracking furnaces, reforming furnaces, atmospheric and vacuum furnaces, continuous reforming furnaces, delayed coking furnaces, and both cylindrical and box-type furnace structures. We have a clear understanding of the operating conditions of various furnace types, as well as the design and application requirements of refractory linings, and have accumulated rich practical experience.

Our design team has accumulated over 20 years of professional experience in the design of more than 50,000 furnaces. Whether it is a new construction or renovation and expansion project, we can design safer and more reasonable refractory fiber linings and provide engineering solutions to make petrochemical industry kilns lighter, less polluting, more efficient, and reduce energy use and maintenance costs.

Luyang Energy Conservation participated in the entire process of application design, product manufacturing, installation and construction of Sinopec's 1 million tons of ethylene and 11 ethylene cracking furnaces project; PetroChina Yunnan Petrochemical's 10 million tons of oil refining and more than 20 refining units project; CNOOC Huizhou Refining and Chemical's 22 million tons of refining and chemical integration, more than 30 refining units and 4 ethylene cracking furnace units project; Shenhua Ningxia Coal's 4 million tons of coal-to-liquids project with 8 coal-to-liquids units and 5 ethylene cracking furnace units, etc., and delivered satisfactory results to customers.

Luyang Energy Conservation participated in Hengli Petrochemical's 20 million ton refining and chemical integration project, currently the fastest-constructed and shortest-running large-scale petrochemical project in China. The company undertook the application optimization design, manufacturing, transportation, and construction of 37 refinery furnaces, including atmospheric and vacuum distillation, kerosene hydrotreating, diesel hydrotreating, wax oil hydrocracking, heavy oil hydrocracking units, lubricant oil isomerization and dewaxing units, ebullated-bed residue oil hydrocracking units, disproportionation units, PX units, and C3/C4 dehydrogenation units, as well as six ethylene cracking furnaces. The company extensively utilized new products and structures, such as Becker Nanopanels and Weidun integrated modules, resulting in significant energy savings. This fully demonstrates Luyang Energy Conservation's strong application design capabilities and comprehensive service support capabilities.
