Product Overview
PUREFRAX® high-temperature fiber dedusting filter tubes are authorized by UNIFRAX Corporation (USA) for production and sales by Shandong Luyang Energy-saving Materials Co., Ltd.
Product Description:
PUREFRAX® high-temperature fiber dedusting filter tubes are primarily made of refractory ceramic fibers with appropriate binding agents, formed through specialized molding processes.
The unique raw material formula and molding techniques ensure the product maintains high strength and superior integrity during heating. The specialized manufacturing process guarantees denser tube surfaces and enhanced filtration capacity. The tubes feature excellent hardness, uniform shape, with one end sealed and the other designed for flange mounting.
All external surfaces of PUREFRAX® high-temperature fiber dedusting filter tubes undergo special processing to ensure precise dimensions and minimal tolerances. This treatment ensures uniform surfaces, promoting even dust accumulation, easier cleaning, and better control over product porosity.
The tubes are manufactured with a gradually tapered conical shape along their length (with identical outer and inner diameters), facilitating easier installation, improved exhaust flow between components, and simpler ash cake removal.
Compared to other industrial dust removal technologies, using high-temperature fiber filtration tubes as high-temperature gas filtering components delivers superior economic and environmental benefits.
Product Features:
