Ceramic fiber boards are manufactured using ceramic fiber cotton as the raw material through vacuum forming. Their strength is higher than that of fiber blankets and vacuum-formed felts, making them suitable for applications requiring high rigidity and strength. Additionally, based on application needs, there are vacuum-formed ceramic fiber board products with higher load-bearing capacity, featuring improved thermal insulation, wear resistance, and strength. The ceramic fiber board formulation contains a small amount of organic binders to enhance its cold strength, and the organic matter can be burned off during the first firing at approximately 200°C to 300°C.
