Ceramic fiber fireproof boards are high-strength fiberboard materials produced with specific refractory additives. This product features a tough texture, high compressive strength, excellent high-temperature resistance, and superior load-bearing capacity. It serves as an ideal refractory material for industrial kilns within temperature ranges requiring thermal insulation and fireproof barriers. Additionally, based on application needs, we offer vacuum-formed ceramic fiber board products with higher density, further enhanced thermal insulation performance, wear resistance, and strength. The formulation of ceramic fiber fireproof boards includes a small amount of organic binders to improve cold strength, while organic matter can be burned off during the first firing at approximately 200°C to 300°C.
