Product Overview
Structure:
The filter element adopts a pleated design with a cylindrical shape, typically made of membrane filter materials such as PTFE, PPS membrane, or needled felt, along with non-woven fabrics like melt-blown or spunbond. It includes a metal support mesh, and the end caps can be made of metal or polyurethane. The cylinder body features a binding strap design to ensure structural stability during operation.
Filtration Principle:
Dust-laden gas enters from the outer side or top of the filter element, where particles are captured on the pleated surface, while clean air passes through the interior and is discharged. By increasing the number of pleats, the filtration area is significantly expanded. The cleaning method primarily involves pulse-jet blowing.
Features:
Compact design (2~5 times larger filtration area than filter bags of the same volume)
Membrane filter material ensures high filtration precision
Easy disassembly and low-maintenance
Optional anti-static, flame-retardant, and other special functions
Applications:
Suitable for welding fumes, pharmaceuticals, food processing, steel dust removal, and other scenarios with medium-to-low dust concentrations or space constraints.
