Product Overview
Structure:
Composed of cylindrical, oval, or flat filter needles made from materials such as polypropylene, polyester, polypropylene fiber, polyphenylene sulfide, acrylic, polyvinylidene fluoride, and PTFE. The bag body is formed by sewing or heat welding and is suspended inside the dust collector housing.
Filtration Principle:
Dust-laden gas enters from the outer surface of the filter bag, with particles captured on the outer side, while clean gas passes through the filter media and is discharged. Dust is removed during cleaning via pulse jetting, mechanical vibration, or reverse airflow.
Features:
Large filtration area (single bag can reach several square meters)
Higher filtration precision than electrostatic precipitators, meeting ultra-low emission requirements
Suitable for handling high dust concentration smoke and exhaust gases
Optional anti-static, flame-retardant, and other special functions
Applications:
Widely used in cement, metallurgy, coal-fired boilers, waste incineration, chemical, grain and food processing, and other high-dust-concentration, high-airflow, abrasive dust, and complex gas composition industrial scenarios.
