Ecoflex HBD is a new product in the non-expandable gasket series. Compared to the CCMax series, Ecoflex HBD offers superior performance while achieving similar characteristics to Ecoflex 2K. This innovative product combines different fiber technologies and utilizes our advanced production processes. It integrates refractory ceramic fibers with high-quality polycrystalline alumina fibers, endowing the product with unique performance and excellent cost-effectiveness. Ecoflex HBD not only helps customers reduce costs but also, compared to pure ceramic fiber products, its enhanced performance assists enterprises in lowering energy costs while meeting increasingly stringent carbon emission targets—without increasing the use of insulation materials.

Ecoflex HBD employs a proprietary organic adhesive, providing excellent coverage that can encapsulate carriers ranging from small to large diameters, and is also suitable for elliptical carriers of varying diameters.

This new product is now locally produced in China, with Ecoflex HBD offering multiple densities suitable for various applications. It is particularly ideal for use as high-temperature insulation materials in exhaust gas treatment systems under strict global regulations.
