It is made of high quality aluminum silicate fiber cotton as raw material and vacuum forming process. The shaped parts are all shaped products required to meet the specific production links of certain industrial sectors, whose shapes and sizes require the production of special abrasives and the selection of customized binders and additives according to the performance requirements of the products in order to meet the requirements of use. All shaped products have low shrinkage over their service temperature range and remain highly insulating, lightweight and impact resistant. Unburned material is easily cut or machined. In service, the products have good resistance to abrasion and spalling and are not attacked by most molten metals.

Custom composite agents and additives are selected based on product performance needs to fulfill application criteria. All custom components exhibit minimal shrinkage within their operating temperature range while maintaining high thermal insulation, lightweight properties, and impact resistance. The uncalcined material is easily machinable through cutting or mechanical processing. During service, the products demonstrate excellent wear resistance, spalling resistance, and immunity to corrosion from most molten metals.

General Characteristics: The physical and thermo-mechanical properties of various custom components typically align with those of vacuum-formed boards at corresponding grade levels. Special Treatment: When required, vacuum-formed hardeners or refractory clay can be applied as protective coatings on custom components.
