The petroleum and chemical industry has always been characterized by the most stringent operating conditions in the world.

For over 30 years, whether it's ethylene cracking furnaces, reforming furnaces, or vacuum furnaces, continuous reforming furnaces, delayed coking furnaces, regardless of cylindrical or box-type furnace structures, we have provided a complete set of safe and rational refractory linings. We have a thorough understanding of the operating conditions for various furnace types, as well as the design and application requirements for refractory linings, accumulating rich practical experience.

Our design team has over 20 years of experience, with expertise in designing more than 50,000 furnaces. Whether for new construction or expansion projects, we can design safer and more rational refractory fiber linings, providing engineered solutions to make petrochemical furnaces lighter, less polluting, and more efficient, reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.

Projects we've participated in include: Sinopec's 1-million-ton ethylene project with 11 ethylene cracking furnaces; Sinopec Yunnan Petrochemical's 10-million-ton refining project with over 20 sets of refining equipment; CNOOC Huizhou Refining's 22-million-ton refining and petrochemical integration project with over 30 sets of refining equipment and 4 ethylene cracking furnaces; Shenhua Ningxia Coal's 4-million-ton coal-to-oil project with 8 coal-to-oil units and 5 ethylene cracking furnaces. Luyang Energy-Saving has been fully involved in the design, manufacturing, and installation, delivering satisfactory results to clients.

The Hengli Petrochemical 20-million-ton refining and petrochemical integration project, in which Luyang Energy-Saving participated, is currently the fastest-constructed and shortest-cycle large-scale petrochemical project in China. The company undertook the design optimization, manufacturing, transportation, and installation of 37 sets of refining industrial furnaces and 6 ethylene cracking furnaces, including vacuum distillation, coal/oil/wax oil hydrogenation cracking, lubricant dewaxing, ebullated-bed hydroprocessing, isomerization, PX units, and C3/C4 dehydrogenation units. The project extensively adopted new products and structures such as Beckmann panels and Weihua integrated modules, achieving significant energy savings. This fully demonstrates Luyang Energy-Saving's strong application design capabilities and comprehensive service support.
