Project Background:
2025 marks the major overhaul year for the smelting workshop of Inner Mongolia Lianxing New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. After preliminary technical exchanges and recommendations with the general contractor Andritz, we successfully secured this project, planning to procure five domestic Thermbond products: 7204-N, 7206, Formula6-L, Formula6-BL, and Formula2104-L, totaling approximately 120 tons. This order represents the largest Thermbond sales order for 2025.
I. Customer Pain Points:
The #2 120-ton smelting furnace door arch suffers severe damage from mechanical impact and thermal stress. The furnace roof and door arch contact areas were previously repaired by non-specialist pouring material manufacturers, resulting in significant damage to the furnace roof pouring material.

II. Thermbond Solution
The original door arch pouring material was completely dismantled and replaced with high-end 7206 water-based pouring material for reconstruction. After the newly poured 7206 door arch dried, expansion joints were预留 between it and the furnace roof. III. Current Results and Benefits
Our Thermbond pouring material ultimately saved 50% of furnace heating time compared to traditional water-based materials, with faster heating rates. It eliminated the owner's previous concerns about short heating times and issues like explosive cracking and peeling associated with traditional materials. Additionally, it significantly reduced fuel costs, earning high recognition from both the owner and general contractor.
